How do I register or log-in to my online B2B account?

Register using the email address you have on file with kamazu:
• Click on The log-in page from the toolbar
• Enter your email address and default password
• ClIck “submit”
• Fill-In Your Personal Details & Company Details in the corresponding sections
• Click the “Newsletter” checkbox, to receive kamazu promotions & news to your email
• In the “Password” section, define a password for your account and confirm it
• Click “Register”

If you are a new customer or don’t have an email on file with us:
• Click “Register” from the log-in page
• Fill-In Your Personal Details & Company Details in the corresponding sections
• Click the “Newsletter” checkbox, to receive kamazu promotions & news to your email
• In the “Password” section, define a password for your account and confirm it
• Click “Register”

What is the status of my existing order?

Online order: Please login and check your order history for more details about your existing order.

Phone or email order: If you have not yet registered for an online account and/or you have placed your order with our customer service team, you should have received an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. If you require any further information, please phone us at 1-866-645-6445


How do I track my existing order?

An online order’s tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages immediately and should appear in your online account history and/or on your order confirmation. However, depending on if your order is for decorated items or if it’s a blank order, it may take some time before the package is scanned into the carrier’s tracking system. If after checking your tracking update online, you still have any questions about the shipping status of your order, please call us at 1-866-645-6445. If your order was shipped using your own account number or a different carrier other than one Kamazu uses, you will need to verify directly with the carrier about the location of your order.


The product I wanted is backordered.

Due to high-demand of some of our products in a given season, we can’t always keep-up with stock needs for certain items. We will always do our best to keep our warehouse shelves stocked with our key items and get backordered items out to our customers as soon as we possibly can. How do I return an item?

Please fill out and submit our online Return Authorization Request form, and someone from our customer service team will get back to you with further instructions. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of shipment, and all returns must be pre-paid freight. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. Decorated (screen print, embroidery, etc.), washed, or re-labeled merchandise will not be accepted for any reason. For more information, please review our full Terms & Conditions.


  •          Shortage, damage, or other discrepancies: Claims must be made within 5 business days.
  •          Defective product: Must be brought to Kamazu’s attention within 10 days of receiving merchandise.
  •          Repairs & replacements: Kamazu will repair or replace good at its discretion.
  •          R/A cancellation: If product is not returned after 15 days of R/A being issued, the authorization may be cancelled.
  •          Unauthorized returns: Returns without an approved R/A # will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

How do I care for my decorated items?

We highly recommend hand-washing your decorated items and hanging them to dry.
